Returns for Defects:

If the product has a defect or has been damaged during transportation.

- As soon as you receive the defective merchandise, let us know by email the same day. It is important that it be within 24 hours of delivery.

- Once we receive your email, we will answer you and ask you for a photo of the defective item.

- Upon receipt of the photo, we will send our team to collect the merchandise in the original packaging (Casa Giramelia Gourmet will bear the costs).

- We will send you the product again at no cost.

Returns for Withdrawal:

The customer has the right of return for withdrawal within a period of 14 days from its delivery and the merchandise must be in perfect condition.

- Send us an email within 14 days of delivery if you have decided to return a product.

- After your email we will reply with the address where you should send the products (you have 5 days after our email to send us the merchandise).

- The refund will be made once the merchandise has been reviewed (remember that it must be in perfect condition). Once the return is approved, we will send you a confirmation.
